I highly recommend the services of Specialty Moves By Design. The packing was very professional, but I particularly appreciated all the coordination and recommendations for other services provided by the move manager. She brought peace of mind to me and my sister as we moved our parents.

We needed to move my mom out of her home of 60 years and we didn’t have a clue where to start! This hidden gem of a company truly made this difficult time so much easier. Friendly staff who knows how to get things organized and moved so efficiently. If you think you don’t want to invest in a moving company, think again because they are worth every dime! They are the company we didn’t know we needed!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From start to finish they really got it all done for us.

Specialty Moves by Design were a great help on getting my mother moved. The team was punctual, friendly and respectful. They were attentive to my mother's needs all the way down to listening to her trips down memory lane while packing cherished items. I can't recommend them more highly!

I moved from NH to PA last September. I worked w/Tailored Transitions in NH who coordinated with SMBY here in PA. I cannot say what a wonderful job they did, easing any worries I had about the move. Everyone was so pleasant and worked so hard getting my new home settled in one day, including beds made and everything put away. I believe that the best thing you could do for yourself when faced with a move is to use SMBD. They are amazing and worth every penny!

Hiring Specialty Moves by Design was probably one of the smartest moves we've made. We're in our late '60s and '70s and this was our final move of our marriage. Neither one of us were interested in packing or unpacking so we hired them. They put us in contact with a great mover that they had a great working relationship with and a great rapport. While the movers were unloading our furniture at our new one level home, the team of ladies directed the movers and efficiently unpacked our home and even made our new bed up! We were not physically able to accomplish this on our own so it was perfect for us and we're so glad that we hired them. You will be as well!
