DO NOT use this company to help you move. I wrote a review on Yelp years ago about our unpleasant experience with them. Now, years later, we are still finding damage to our furniture from when they moved us. They had very little care for our things, and were very unpleasant to deal with. They also didn’t have enough room on their truck for our stuff, so we had to go and rent a U-haul last minute, even though they had given us an estimate ahead of time (we only had a 1,750 square foot home that we were moving out of too, so we are not talking about a lot of things here). Stay away from them.

Excellent company! Pleasant, punctual, thorough, careful, with clear communication and an affordable fee. Our move was efficient and stress-free. Highly recommend.

AAA Moving was wonderful every single step of the way. They responded quickly to any questions I had, their staff was extremely helpful and clear about what was going to happen on the day of the move. The estimator was thorough and accurate (and punctual). The prices were very fair. But the moving team!!! Excellent, courteous, helpful and busy, busy--never stopped! No surprises with this group.

How disappointing to deal w a local business w such poor service and customer relations. I had received an estimate from them that was fabulous and booked them for a move for my family. Spoke w a gentleman named John. They came out to do pre packing visit (2 days before planned move) and tell us they no longer have availability! They find someone else to move us but they are double the cost! Speaking w Joy and then Joe, the owner, got me an “I’m sorry” but no resolution or service recovery. How sad that they take no responsibility for their error! Please don’t use this entity. They are not to be trusted w these business ethics. 😢
